Hi, I’m Maju!

My mission is to support leaders in creating high-performing, collaborative, and human-centered environments where people, partnerships, and business outcomes can thrive.

Growing up as a third-culture kid and supporting a brother with intellectual and developmental disabilities shaped my early understanding of equity, empathy, and the diverse needs of people and communities. These experiences became the foundation of a career dedicated to helping organizations create environments where people can thrive — both individually and collectively.

Over the past decade, I’ve led teams and managed complex portfolios across youth development, workforce programs, housing, emergency assistance, and immigrant and refugee support. My career began in direct service, working closely with young adults to help them build confidence, set goals, and navigate meaningful transitions. I later advanced into program and senior management roles, where I oversaw strategic planning, co- designed operational systems, managed a multi-million-dollar budget, and not only strengthened collaboration internally but with external stakeholders as well.

Throughout my career, three themes have consistently defined my approach: coaching, partnership building, and advancing workplace culture and wellbeing. I have coached individuals and teams through periods of growth and change; cultivated cross-functional partnerships with government, nonprofit, and community organizations; and supported organizational initiatives that elevated team engagement, DEI alignment, and overall performance. My leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to building healthy, people-centered workplaces.

Today, I work with companies, mission-driven organizations, and emerging businesses to strengthen internal alignment, enhance team effectiveness, and build cultures where wellbeing and performance reinforce one another. Whether improving service delivery, designing capacity-building initiatives, or bringing stakeholders together around a shared vision, I help organizations operate with purpose and connection.
